How much is shipping?
- For a nationwide, urban or rural journey with our trusty tracked courier, it's just $10 NZD.
- But hold on to your socks (if you're wearing any), because if your order struts into the $100 NZD club (excluding gift vouchers), guess what? Shipping's on us!
Where do you ship from?
Orders placed on shefresh.co.nz are dispatched from our warehouse located in Hawke's Bay.
How long does it take an order to be processed?
Our standard processing time is two business days. Please note that during busy promotional periods, processing times may extend. We ship on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Kindly be aware that our team takes a break from picking and packing orders over the weekend. Orders placed after 9 am on Friday may not commence processing until the following week. Thank you for your understanding.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship our orders with New Zealand Couriers. For peace of mind, all our parcels are shipped using a tracked service.
How long will shipping take?
After being picked up by NZ Couriers, expect your parcels to arrive within 2-4 business days. Rural deliveries may take an additional 3-5 days. Stay informed about any delays, disruptions, and service updates affecting domestic deliveries by checking here.
