While we're crossing our fingers that you'll fall head over heels for Shefresh, we've got a safety net just in case!

 

If, against all odds, your Shefresh product from this website turns out to be faulty or damaged, we've got your back.

To qualify for a return, you must have acquired your Shefresh goodies directly from this website and reached out to us within the 30-day post-purchase window.

 Once we've confirmed the product's bad behaviour, we'll send you a shiny, new replacement.

Slide into our inbox - To kick off the replacement fiesta, shoot us a message at hello@shefresh.co.nz. Share the deets: your name, phone number, order number, and spill the beans on why you think your product is giving you the cold shoulder.

 

STEP 2

Say cheese - If your item pulls a stunt and arrives damaged or decides to misbehave, snap some pics and attach them to your email.

Our customer care team loves a good photo op.

 

STEP 3

Cue the confetti - Once we've done the review hustle and given the nod of approval, we'll send out the replacement product.

 

*Note: In some cases, we might ask you to send the original troublemaker back to our Shefresh HQ for a closer look. It's like a spa day for faulty products. 🕵️‍♂️✨
